John Cleese is taking the Heinz Hall stage at 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 29 for a truly unforgettable evening. This living comedy legend will engage in an evening of conversation along with audience Q & A. Besides fun family activities, Italian Heritage Day also will feature an Italian American bazaar in the Mueller Center with live entertainment, local Italian heritage groups, and more! Details: heinzhistorycenter.org Take the family to the Children’s Museum Explore empathy and kindness through animal-focused activities at the opening of “Destination Empathy” exhibit on Sept. 30 at the Children’s Museum. Kid’s will be able to dance like a bee, laugh like a dog, maneuver through grass like an insect and see the world through the eyes of a pigeon in search of food using immersive technology. The Children’s Museum is open from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. daily. Tickets: $16, $14 seniors, children 2 and older.
