Cosplay is a big part of the annual Tekko convention

Tekko, the Pittsburgh anime convention now in its 16th year, expects more than 10,000 people this weekend at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center, up from 8,500 last year, according to pre-registrations and social media buzz.
