Buyer: Amerco Real Estate Co., Phoenix, Ariz.

Details: Until l999, the building was the home office for the Gage Co., once the largest industrial supply house in the region. Afterward, a number of smaller firms used the building for storage. The building was used to house equipment for movies made here.

Comment: “The new owner is using the building for U-Haul vehicles and storage, renting trucks and other vehicles,” Caryn B. Rubinoff of 3000 Partners said.
