Greg Andrews of The Pickled Chef is taking reservations for his wild game dinner on Jan. 26.

Adventurous diners can mark their calendars for Jan. 26, the day chef Greg Andrews of The Pickled Chef Co. will prepare a wild game dinner at his Latrobe 30 Shoppes business site.

The meal begins with appetizers at 5:30 p.m., with dinner featuring regional-sustainable wild game including bison, elk, wild boar and pheasant, according to a release.

Products from local farmers and producers will accompany the meal, with diners washing it all down with local craft beers and cocktails, the release adds.

Price is $60.
