Open house

Fine-art jewelry maker Laurie Leonard will have an artists open house from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Nov. 29 and 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 30 at 119 Ashbaugh Road, Jeannette.

Leonard, of Laurie Leonard Designs, will join Gina Chalfant, who creates ceramics; Sandy Kephart, who makes wearable art, such as tops and scarves; and Diane Wilson, who fashions porcelain jewelry, at a shopping event of their hand-crafted wares. Holiday time

The I Made It! Market’s Holiday market will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Nov. 28 and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 29 at Heinz 57 Center, 623 Smithfield St., Downtown. More than 80 artisans will be selling handmade items from jewelry to clothing. There also will be an I Made It! Market and Think Shadyside pop-up shop from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 29, Dec. 6, 13 and 20 at 5500 Walnut St., Shadyside. On Dec. 13, the last-minute I Made It! Holiday expo

The Women’s Small Business Association’s Business Holiday Expo will be from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 3 at Dave & Buster’s Conference Center, at the Waterfront in Homestead. Treasure House Fashions, a non-profit women’s resale shop, works with more than 60 local women’s organizations to help females get back on their feet after a challenging time in their lives. Doing good
