Eleventh Hour Brewing Co. is expected to open Aug. 31 with a grand opening slated for Sept. 2.
Located at 3711 Charlotte St. in Lawrenceville, the industrial chic tap room will offer more than 12 house-brewed beers from a hand-built tap system, as well as local mead and wine for non-beer drinkers.
Husband and wife owners Matt and Keana McMahon — along with other family members — have been working on the space for a long time. They've built a 1,500-square-foot tasting room using as many reclaimed, repurposed and recycled materials as possible. They have even refreshed old, broken clocks — all set to the eleventh hour. The brewery will feature craft beer staples — IPAs, red and brown ales, blondes, stouts, pale ales, winter warmers and wheat beers plus the signature jalapeno pale ale.

Aside from the staples, the styles of beers offered will be ever changing with the times and current trends.
"Beer can be simple, and beer can be complex," Matt McMahon, head brewer, said in a news release. "We don't subscribe to one methodology or the other because if people like it, then we'll create it. We try to make beer that everyone that we would enjoy drinking."
Hours will be 4 to 10 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays, noon to 10 p.m. Saturdays and 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays.
