Elizabeth's Red Caboose cutting hours, menu items
The Elizabeth restaurant The Red Caboose has been a fan favorite for years. Known for its delicious hot dogs, the menu also boasted other American staples like hamburgers and french fries.
Customers are known to stand in long lines outside the small building to get their favorites.
However, owning and operating a family business is tough, so the company released a statement on Facebook this weekend that the store will be reducing its hours and downsizing its menu, starting on July 18, when the owners return from vacation.
