Town and Country general manager adds vacation

KITTANNING — Town and Country general manager Scott Kloes will receive an extra week of paid vacation during the 2010-11 fiscal year in lieu of a raise, the authority board voted unanimously at Wednesday's monthly meeting.

The move resulted in three weeks of paid vacation in a year for Kloes, a figure that will remain the same for each successive year of his employment, the board agreed.
