DUI, theft cases among those recently investigated by Monroeville police

Monroeville police filed the following charges Jan. 14-22 in District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst’s office:

  • Kyle Dudley, 27, of Penn Hills with driving under the influence, following too closely and operating a vehicle without official without official certificate. Charges were filed Jan. 22 in connection with an incident near the intersection of William Penn Highway and Duff Road.
  • Bryan Wade Jr., 39, of Etna with recklessly endangering another person and accident involving damage to attended vehicle or property. Charges were filed Jan. 22 in connection with an incident rear the intersection of William Penn Highway and Mosside Boulevard.
  • Cora Ashley, 49, of McKeesport with theft of property. Charges were filed Jan. 22 in connection with an incident along the 100 block of Mall Circle Drive.
  • Eleanor Chianese, 60, of Penn Hills with retail theft and defiant trespasser. Charges were filed Jan. 18 in connection with an incident along the 3600 block of William Penn Highway.
  • Kimberly Ostrawski, 30, of Avonmore with retail theft and criminal conspiracy. Charges were filed Jan. 14 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.
  • Brian Frain, 34, of Avonmore with retail theft, criminal conspiracy and driving with a suspended license. Charges were filed Jan. 14 in connection with an incident along the 4100 block of William Penn Highway.
  • Derrick Hall, 29, of Monroeville with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and windshield obstructions and wipers. Charges were filed Jan. 22 in connection with an incident along the 200 block of Ohio Street.
