11th Hour Brewing Co. opened on Aug. 31 at 3711 Charlotte St., Pittsburgh. The new business is expected to be open on Thursdays and Fridays from 4 to 10 p.m.; Saturdays from noon to 10 p.m.; and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
