Pictured in 1949 at Kennywood Park are Walter Kucmeroski, Helen Kucmeroski, Matilda 'Tillie' Kucmeroski and Carmella Kucmeroski. The photo was submitted by Walter's son, Bob Kucmeroski of Monessen.
Kennywood is one of the oldest amusement parks in the United States and many of the historic attractions are still enjoyed today. According to the park's website , Kennywood was founded in 1898 by the Monongahela Street Railway Company.
