The Allegheny County Health Department has ordered The Club Bar & Grille in Monroeville to close because inspectors said they found a “very dirty” kitchen and noted other health code violations.

Inspectors on Thursday reported six violations, including no functioning refrigerators on the cook line, a heavy buildup of grease under the deep fryer and no dishwasher — a high-risk violation, according to the inspection report.

If the restaurant corrects all issues and passes a re-inspection, it will be allowed to reopen.

Attempts to contact the restaurant owner were unsuccessful.
