An Indiana Borough woman charged with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct after a nude-modeling shoot at a Monroeville strip mall is headed to Allegheny County court.

Chelsea Guerra, 21, waived her a preliminary hearing on those charges Monday before Monroeville District Judge Jeffrey L. Herbst. Her attorney, Michael Worgul, declined to comment.

Charges were filed in connection with an incident April 8 at the Miracle Mile Shopping Center on William Penn Highway.

Guerra allegedly was walking and posing on the sidewalk wearing only thigh-high black stockings and high-heeled shoes while Michael Keith Warnock, 64, of North Point Breeze, took photographs.

Monroeville police said Warnock told them he hired Guerra to pose after placing an ad on Craigslist for a nude model and paid her $300.

Warnock also waived to court charges of criminal solicitation and conspiracy. Charges of disorderly conduct and two counts of possession of controlled substances were withdrawn.

His attorney, Ryan Tutera, gave a brief statement outside Herbst's courtroom.

“We're looking forward to a resolution in this matter pretty quickly,” Tutera said.
