A free class focusing on the health benefits of eating fresh food is scheduled for Sept. 16 at CoreLife Eatery in The Block Northway.

CoreLife Lesson: Preserve Your Health, Not Your Food will be led by Dr. Dan Turo of Turo Family Chiropractic in Ross. The program runs from 10 to 11 a.m.

Participants will get a 50 percent discount off their meals during the lecture.
