Construction is under way for the new Penn Hills Municipal Building on Duff Road, shown Wednesday, June 28, 2017. The $12.3 million building will combine Penn Hills municipal, police and fire offices and is expected to open in summer 2018.
The first sections of the new Penn Hills Municipal Building are appearing at the construction site off Duff Road.
The $12.3 million complex that will house municipal, police and fire offices will be on the former Penn Hebron school site. The building is expected to open in summer 2018.
