The 10th Street Bypass between Fort Duquesne Boulevard and 10th Street in Pittsburgh has reopened, PennDOT announced.

The area had been closed since Sunday morning due to of flooding.

The bypass reopened about 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, spokeswoman Yasmeen Manyisha said.

The “bathtub” section of the westbound Parkway East, also closed because of flooding, reopened about 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
