A 29-year old male was shot in the black sedan and killed. Another male pulled up, exited his vehicle, and shot into the black sedan multiple times then fled in a car.
Pittsburgh police on Tuesday arrested a man in connection to a fatal shooting on the North Side in April.
Leroy Morgan, 25, of Fineview was charged with homicide and conspiracy in the shooting death of Brandon Nguyen, 29, of the Marshall-Shadeland area on April 6.
The shooting happened about 1:40 p.m. on Shadeland Avenue, police said. Nguyen had been sitting in his black sedan when Morgan pulled up, got out of his vehicle, and fired multiple shots at Nguyen, who died at the scene.
Morgan is in the Allegheny County Jail, police said.
