Authorities arrested a Hill District man in connection with a fatal shooting Sept. 9 in West Oakland.
Pittsburgh police and the U.S. Marshals Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force on Friday arrested Ronald Satterwhite, 26, and charged him with carrying a firearm without a license and a drug offense, court records show.
Satterwhite was arrested in the shooting death of Wade L. Howard, 20, of the Hill District, who was shot multiple times in the trunk and upper extremity on De Raud Street and died a shortly after being taken to UPMC Mercy.
