A man who made no effort to conceal his identity robbed the Key Bank along Route 286 in Plum at about 12:30 p.m. Monday, police and the FBI said.
The white man didn't wear a mask or otherwise conceal his face.
And authorities released a close-up photo of the alleged robber in the bank.
“He didn't display a weapon. He passed a note to the teller and said essentially to hand over money,” said Plum police Chief Jeff Armstrong.
Customers and tellers were in the bank at the time.
No one was injured.
The FBI said the robber appeared to be in his late 20s or early 30s. He is about 165 pounds and 6 feet tall with a dark goatee.
He has a tattoo on the right side of his neck and wore a golden earring.
The robber wore a dark ball cap, white athletic shorts, a dark blue, hooded sweatshirt.
Police don't know if the man drove from the scene or had an accomplice who drove a getaway car. He fled in an unknown direction.
The FBI and police are looking at surveillance video from nearby businesses in an effort to determine how the robber escaped.
