Man critically wounded in North Braddock shooting

Allegheny County police are investigating a shooting in North Braddock that critically wounded a 32-year-old man Friday.

The shooting was reported about 12:55 a.m. on Hawkins Avenue.

Medics rushed the victim to a hospital, where he was listed in critical condition, police said in a release.

Police are asking anyone with information on the shooting to contact them at 412-473-1300 or by social media. Callers can remain anonymous.
