Mansfield Memorial Bridge reopens in McKeesport

The W.D. Mansfield Memorial Bridge in the McKeesport/Glassport area is open after flooding Thursday.
Allegheny County dispatchers said calls came in about 7 p.m. for traffic control at the bridge that carries vehicles across the Monongahela River.
The bridge intersection reopened after a brief cleanup.
