Families and children in costumes lined Washington Road in Mt. Lebanon Saturday morning despite the rain and chilly temperatures.
The Pumpkin Patch Parade went off at 11 a.m. starting at the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery and running through the uptown business district.
The police and fire department took part, as did the High School marching band. Candies were given out to the trick or treaters along the parade route.
Congressman Conor Lamb and State Rep. Dan Miller walked the parade. Several local businesses took part passing out candies and treats.
