Education: Frizzell earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from West Liberty University in West Virginia. He earned a master's degree in college student personnel and his Ph.D. in higher education administration from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.
Background: Frizzell serves as vice president for student affairs at Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati. Before joining Mount St. Joseph in June 2000, Frizzell was vice president for student affairs at Newberry College in Newberry, S.C. Previously, he was dean of students and associate dean for student life at the University of Findlay in Ohio. Frizzell has held leadership positions in the Greater Cincinnati Consortium of Colleges and Universities and the Ohio Association of Student Personnel Administrators.
