Noteworthy: The Duquesne University School of Nursing named DeLuca as assistant dean of student affairs. DeLuca previously served as a graduate academic adviser in nursing.

Background: DeLuca started working at Duquesne in 1999 as a student aide, and as a full time employee in 2004. A member of the National Academic Advising Association, DeLuca also serves on numerous committees for the School of Nursing. She received the 2013 President's Consumer Service Award at Duquesne, and in 2011 she was among the group to receive the President's Team Award.
Education: DeLuca earned bachelor's degrees in political science and marketing from Duquesne in 2004, and an MBA from the university in 2008. She is completing her coursework for a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Management at the University of Pittsburgh.
