Education: McGill graduated from Bedford High School in 1994. She studied psychology and sociology at Carlow University and graduated in 1998. McGill went on to earn her master's in Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh in 2000.
Background: McGill worked for Invision Human Services for 14 years before starting her own consulting business.
