A downed overhead wire between the Dorchester and Bethel Village T stop caused delays in both red and blue line service Monday morning and continued delays through the afternoon rush hour on the blue line, according to the Port Authority of Allegheny County.

Light rail cars will ran on a single track during repairs, which created delays of 10 minutes or longer, according to the Port Authority website.

A Port Authority spokesman said no delays were expected for Tuesday morning.
