Police are seeking the public’s help to identify one or more suspects involved in four smash-and-grab burglaries in Pittsburgh’s North Side neighborhood in the past month, officials said.
In each incident, an unidentified man is accused of breaking into businesses and making off with stolen goods, including $2,500 worth of Steelers gear, a bicycle, office equipment, cash and several bottles of liquor.
The four burglaries each remain under investigation, Department of Public Safety spokeswoman Alicia George said.
Police said they cannot confirm whether the incidents are connected, but investigators have recognized similarities among them, George said. Officials urged anyone with information to call detectives.
On Tuesday, officials released multiple images and videos from surveillance footage related to the burglaries. Authorities have not released any further descriptions of the possible suspect or suspects.
