Teen arrested in shooting that wounded 2 people in Mt. Washington
Pittsburgh police arrested a 17-year-old boy in connection with a shooting that wounded two people Saturday in Mt. Washington.
The teen will be charged in juveline court with aggravated assault and gun charges, Public Safety spokeswoman Sonya Toler said.
Police found a 19-year-old man shot in the lower back near the intersection of Boggs Avenue and Greenbush Street. Paramedics took him to UPMC Mercy, where he was in stable condition.
A 15-year-old boy was discovered nearby on Greenbush with gunshot wounds to his knee and back. He also was taken to UPMC Mercy. His condition was not released.
