Kieffer Delp, 28, was charged by McKees Rocks police with running a meth lab in a Vine Street Apartment.

Former “Teen Mom 2” star Kieffer Delp pleaded guilty Wednesday to running a meth lab out of a McKees Rocks apartment.

Delp, 28, was sentenced to 1 ½ to 3 years in state prison by Allegheny County Common Pleas Judge Thomas Flaherty. Delp also pleaded guilty to possession with intent to deliver and risking a catastrophe. In exchange, prosecutors withdrew four other drug charges, according to the District Attorney’s office.

Delp is the ex-boyfriend of Jenelle Evans, star of “Teen Mom 2,” and he was featured in the early season of the long-running MTV reality show.

Police in McKees Rocks searched the Vine Street apartment Jan. 10 after receiving information that Delp was running a meth lab out of the apartment, according to the criminal complaint filed at the time.

Officers from McKees Rocks, Stowe, state police and housing authority police forced their way into the apartment after no one came to the door when they announced themselves, according to the complaint. Delp emerged from a back bedroom and was taken into custody.

Police wrote in the complaint that the chemical smell was overwhelming, and a specialized state police crew dismantled and disposed of the lab.
