Pirates Charities hosted a prom for students from 14 area districts at PNC Park's Lexus Club on Wednesday.

Students in the Life Skills programs at Avonworth, Baldwin, Belle Vernon, Bethel Park, Carlynton, Chartiers Valley, Elizabeth Forward, Keystone Oaks, Moon, Peters Township, South Allegheny, South Fayette, Upper St. Clair and Washington school districts were treated to lunch, dancing, a photo booth and other activities.

The first Life Skills prom was held a decade ago in one of the participating district's gymnasium. Since then, it has traveled to various area banquet facilities.
