The Vandergrift Pool ended it’s season with it’s annual Doggie Dip Day, inviting members of the community to bring their dogs down to the pool for an afternoon of swimming. The event, in its seventh year, is always held the day after Labor Day — the day the pool offically closes for the season.

“There’s a lot of dog’s that love to swim, and there’s a lot of people that love their dogs,” said Daisha Clayton, pool manager, “We want to give them the oppurtunity to swim with their pets.”
