A motorhome in Fawn was destroyed by fire on Friday.

The fire at 1070 Millerstown Road was reported shortly before 12:45 p.m., according to Allegheny County 911. Firefighters from Fawn, Tarentum and West Deer were at the scene until almost 2:30 p.m.

No injuries were reported.

Fawn police said the fire happened at a home owned by John Fortuna. Norene Fortuna said in an email that the fire destroyed their motorhome, and not their house.

Police did not know the cause of the fire. Officials with Fawn Township Volunteer Fire Dept. No. 1 could not be reached for comment.

The Allegheny County fire marshal was not asked to investigate the fire, a county spokeswoman said.
