A command center established in New Kensington for the Brian Shaw case is accepting food and drink donations from the community.
Officials set up the command center at the New Kensington Fire Department No. 1 so that officers working in the case can rest and eat.
Police departments from Pittsburgh to Lower Burrell have been assisting as the search for Shaw’s killer continues.
Bruce Davis, assistant chief for New Kensington Fire Department No. 2 said food donations will be accepted until 5 p.m. Saturday. People can donate sandwich rings, refreshments and any type of snack, he said.
