Murrysville residents may experience sporadic water shutoffs on Thursday, Feb. 14, due to a water main break reported along Haymaker Farm Road, municipal officials said.

Murrysville officials posted to their website shortly before 1 p.m. that a water main break had occurred.

“We had a 12-inch line break,” said MAWC Spokesman Matt Junker. “They’re in the process of turning valves to make the outage area as small as possible. We want as many customers as possible to have service while they work on repairs.”
