Officials have located a Mt. Pleasant Township teen that had been missing since Thursday night.

Hecla Volunteer Fire Department Chief Steve Howell said Joseph Blaskowski, a student at Adelphoi in Latrobe, was found Friday morning shortly after 6 a.m. by a bus driver. He is now in school.

Howell said officials spent roughly six hours overnight searching for Blaskowski, who was found in the area of his home.

The 14-year-old is safe and not injured, the chief said.
