No festival is complete without food.

Attendees the Westmoreland County Arts and Heritage Festival brought their appetites Thursday, touring the many vendors and food trucks clustered around Twin Lakes Park. They sampled everything from unusual eats like pickle grilled cheese sandwiches to festival classics like funnel cakes, and shared their reactions with the Trib.
