Fire destroyed the former Hi-Way Playground early Wednesday morning in South Huntingdon Township near Yukon.

The building was on Waltz Mills Road and the Yukon exit of I-70.

The fire broke out around 12:30 a.m. at the former adult entertainment facility.

Fire crews from Yukon, Turkeytown, Smithton and other companies fought the fire. The roof collapsed shortly before 1 a.m.

Firefighters were called back to the site at about 6 a.m. for flames that re-kindled among the debris.
