The Westmoreland County Prison on Jan. 25, 2016.

An inmate at the Westmoreland County Prison already serving a 6- to 12-month sentence for exposing himself in Latrobe earlier this year was arraigned Tuesday charges of exposing himself to nurses at the Hempfield Township lockup in the past three months.

Zackery D. Kimmick, 28, of Latrobe was arraigned Tuesday on complaints of indecent exposure and open lewdness filed by Westmoreland County Detectives.

According to online records, Kimmick has been an inmate at the county prison since Feb. 4 when he was ordered detained for a probation violation after his arrest by Latrobe Police for exposing himself in the city.

He was sentenced to serve 6 to 12 months after pleading guilty to indecent exposure before Judge Tim Krieger last month.

Detective John Clark reported in an affidavit filed Tuesday before District Judge Mark Mansour that nurses working at the prison report that Kimmick has been exposing himself to them “while female nurses are passing out medication to the inmates” since his arrival in February.

Clark reported in court documents that he has was previously disciplined by prison officials for the incidents.

Mansour scheduled Kimmick's preliminary hearing for May 18.
