A 14-year-old student accused of assaulting two staffers at the Pressley Ridge School in Hempfield after he allegedly poured urine on textbooks was cited for criminal mischief and harassment, state police said.

Trooper Adam Zinn said the incident occurred at about 2:19 p.m. Sept. 5 at the school for adjudicated juveniles along Bovard Luxor Road.

Zinn said in news releases that the juvenile poured urine from a bottle onto the textbooks at the school.

When confronted by staffers, the juvenile from Blairsville pushed one 33- year-old male staff member and then grabbed a fire extinguisher and discharged it toward another 28-year-old female staff member.

School officials declined comment.
