The Salem Saddle Club from Westmoreland County 4-H brought horses to the Clelian Heights School for Exceptional Children in Hempfield on Wednesday.

“This may be my last time ever on a horse, so lets make it count,” Sister Deborah Lopez, 70, said.

Clelian Heights provides spiritual, educational, vocational and residential programs for children and young adults with developmental disabilities, while increasing their quality of life and encouraging independent living. The school serves Pennsylvania, Ohio and West Virginia.
