$1.14M set aside for Richland road paving

Richland officials tentatively plan to pave more than 7 miles of township roads next year, budgeting $1.14 million to do so.

Supervisors at their Nov. 2 meeting authorized Shoup Engineering of Economy to prepare paperwork to seek bids.

Supervisors also voted to apply for a PennDOT permit to install a traffic signal at Bakerstown Road, Valencia Road and Hillcrest Drive.
