18 arrested, 7 sought following drug sweep
Eighteen people were in police custody Tuesday afternoon facing a variety of drug charges after a drug sweep by various state agencies in Washington and Westmoreland counties.
The Washington County Drug Task Force and the Washington County Sheriffs Department attempted to serve more than two dozen warrants to adults in the Mon Valley area yesterday. Seven of those individuals remain at large. All will face various drug violations, including delivery and possession with intent to deliver cocaine and other dangerous drugs, according to state police at Washington.
Suspects arrested yesterday were: Percy Majors, Vernon Majors, Justin Simms, Thelonious Wilkerson, Lamont Jackson, Henry Lawson, Ashley Jackson, Andre Ward, James Carter, Kristin Mikita, Kenneth Johnson and Jennifer Donaldson, all of Monessen, Westmoreladn County; John Lang III, of Elco, Washington County; Jodi Hill, 25, Marie Pappasergi, 54, and Michelle Greich, 22, all of Donora, Washington County; Guy Alberto, of Charleroi, Washington County; Kenneth Savko, of Belle Vernon, Fayette County; and Kevon McDougald, 26, of Monongahela, Washington County.
McDougald, Greich, Hill and Pappasergi were arraigned before District Judge Mark A. Wilson, of Monongahela, and placed in Washington County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bond, police said.
Suspects still at large include: Cheresse Carter, Noreen Tartt and Timothy Kershaw, all of Donora; Shayne Aiello, Andre Grogan and Marsha Harris, all of Monessen; and Jeniffer Patterson, of Daisytown, Washington County.
