State police at Greensburg are seeking a man who stole 29 scratch-off lottery tickets valued at $145 from a Hempfield grocery store Friday and fled.

Surveillance video shows the man, who is white with dark hair and wearing a light-green shirt, leaning against a customer service counter in Giant Eagle, Eastgate Plaza, at 4:04 p.m. He is seen fingering the stack of tickets several times. Finally, when both clerks are turned away from him, he grabs the stack and runs.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact state police at 724-832-3288.
