Three people were injured Monday morning when a Cambria County driver lost control of his car on Route 22 and struck a PennDOT vehicle parked on the northern berm in Burrell, Indiana County, state police said. Alex Croft, 31, of Twin Rocks, and his passenger, Heather Croft, no age given, were flown by medical helicopter to Conemaugh Regional Hospital in Johnstown, while a PennDOT employee, Ronald D. Bash, 60, no address given, was treated at Indiana Regional Medical Center in Indiana. Hospital officials said Heather Croft is in fair condition, while Alex Croft was treated and released.
