Emmy Award winning actress Kristen Johnston is checking into NBC’s long-running medical drama, “ER.” Johnston won two Emmys for her portrayal of alien Sally Solomon in the NBC comedy “3rd Rock from the Sun.” She’ll pop up in County General’s “ER” Oct. 6 as Eve Peyton, a nurse manager who becomes a mentor to Nurse Sam, played by Linda Cardellini, TVGuide Online reported Friday. © Copyright 2005 by United Press International
