Sara Mongell is coordinator of Government & Community Affairs for Comcast Cable's Pittsburgh System. Mongell is a board member and secretary for Pittsburgh Urban Magnet Project, an organization for young professionals and previously served on the board of Pittsburgh's Next. She also has been involved with attracting young people to the region as chairwoman for the annual Discover Pittsburgh event.

Mongell is a graduate of Duquesne University's A.J. Palumbo School of Business. She previously worked for Cox Interactive Media's Pittsburgh.com city site and as director of the Regional Internship Center at the Coro Center for Civic Leadership.

Margaret Irvine Weir

Margaret Irvine Weir is the first woman president of the family-owned, 127-year-old Citizens National Bank of Evans City. Her great-grandfather co-founded the bank in 1878 and opened the first office in Butler County. She represents the fourth generation of her family in the bank.

She began her career at age 15 in the bank's bookkeeping department. She worked at banks in the Washington, D.C., area before returning to Butler County and Citizens National as vice president of quality customer service in 1990. She was named president in 2000. In 2001, she was named among Pennsylvania's Best 50 Women in Business.
