Actor Andreas Katsulas, the one-armed man in 1993's "The Fugitive" and "Babylon 5's" Ambassador G'Kar, has died in Los Angeles at age 59.

The St. Louis native died Monday after a long battle with lung cancer, his agent told E! Online.

Katsulas was a popular Hollywood villain, playing a mobster in "Someone to Watch Over Me," a terrorist leader in "Executive Decision" as well as Harrison Ford's nemesis in the Oscar-nominated "The Fugitive." His other screen appearances included "Sunset," "Next of Kin" and "Hot Shots! Part Deux."

His TV appearances included "Alien Nation," "The Death of the Incredible Hulk," "Guiding Light," "Hunter," "Murder She Wrote," "NYPD Blue" and "Star Trek: The Next Generation," in which he played Romulan commander Tomalak.

He was best known, however, for playing Narn Ambassador G'Kar in 1993's Emmy-nominated "Babylon 5: The Gathering" and the syndicated series, E! Online said.

Katsulas is survived by his second wife, a daughter and a son.
