A Los Angeles judge revoked actor Tom Sizemore's probation and sentenced him to a locked-down rehab center for cheating on his drug tests.

Superior Court Judge Paula Adele Mabrey threatened to have Sizemore arrested when he was more than two hours late to his Friday hearing, E! Online reported.

But once his lawyers had him in court, Sizemore admitted committing a slew of probation violations including using a "Whizzinator" to cheat on some drug tests and totally skipping some others, E! said.

Mabrey ordered Sizemore to remain in a Pasadena rehab center and take weekly drug tests until a Sept. 15 progress hearing.

She said his probation could be reinstated if stays clean -- or he could be sentenced to three years in prison for possession of methamphetamine.
