Nearly three-quarters, or 72.9 percent, of air passengers polled said they were relatively satisfied with airport security measures, according to a survey of 800 fliers by Travel Leaders.

Another roughly 82 expressed no concern about the use of full-body scanners at airport security check points. Those who did object, about 18 percent, cited concerns about privacy.

Travel Leaders, formerly Carlson Wagonlit Travel Associates, conducted the survey through March.
