Today is the deadline to register for the Nov. 6 general election in Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania law requires voters to register at least 30 days before an election. Voters in Pittsburgh will cast ballots for mayor and city controller, and in Allegheny County, for county chief executive, County Council and other municipal races. Statewide, candidates are seeking election to Supreme, Superior, Common Pleas and Municipal court seats. Voter registration forms are available at a number of locations, including PennDOT Photo and Driver’s License Centers and armed services recruitment offices. People also can download a form by going online at www.votespa.com.
